Plastiknaht

Der erste Eindruck ist auf jeden Fall sehr gut gewesen. Beim Tragen hat mein Partner gemeckert warum das unten an der Naht so kratzt. Ich weiß nicht warum man da an Material "sparen" musste und wie man auf die Idee kam, aber Plastik einfach mal Plastik zum nähen zu benutzen finde ich ziemlich scheiße. Einmal daran ziehen und die Plastiknaht macht das ganze Shirt unten kaputt! Fazit dazu Egal wie geil die Klamotten aussehen, die werde ich hier leider nicht mehr bestellen.

Our feedback: Hallo Katharina, das tut mir wirklich leid und so sollte das nicht sein. Das ist das erste Mal, dass wir davon hören. Du kannst dich gerne bei unserem Kundensupport melden und vielleicht finden wir zusammen eine Lösung. Dann könnte man auch stichprobenartig gucken, ob es ein EInzelfall ist oder sich durch eine Marge zieht. Liebe Grüße aus dem Elbenwald. :)
